Autumn is the most compassionate, honest, knowledgeable and kind early childhood education professional I have encountered during my time as a mom. My mind was put at ease when I dropped my daughter off at school knowing that she was in Autumn's trustworthy and caring hands. Autumn went above and beyond as a caretaker but also in providing advice to my family about parenting and the many stages of baby and toddler development."

Finding the right school is so important — not only for ensuring your child's care and development — but for your peace of mind. However, even when you find the perfect school, it's really the teachers that can make or break the experience. Autumn is one of those teachers who can make a good school truly extraordinary. She is kind, calm, nurturing, strong, and most of all, she is authentic. Our son cherished her and we are so thankful to have had her as his first teacher. As a caregiver, she is one in a million."

- Alison Maher, Education Director at Boulder Journey School
It took only a few minutes of knowing Autumn before I was convinced , as first time parents of a newborn, that she would be the perfect caregiver to our son, Layton. My first day back to work was such an emotional transition, but Autumn quickly soothed my uncertainty when she greeted both Layton and me with hugs and cheer. Autumn's natural and gentle demeanor is contagious. Everyday interacting with her left a smile on my face. She was genuinely interested in how Layton was growing each day and always eagerly shared the details of his day with my husband or me at pick up. Layton was in the best hands when he was with Autumn. Our family is so grateful to have had Autumn care for and love of our son for the months she did."

Autumn is by far the most dedicated early childhood professional I have encountered in my work with infants and toddlers. She has a true gift in her ability to listen to a family's priorities and help them achieve their goals, all while validating concerns and minimizing stress. Autumn's work with each family is individualized, and she values the different priorities of each unique family. I have been consistently impressed by her thoughtfulness and compassion for every family, and cannot recommend her highly enough."

Autumn was with me for the birth of my first child; I will be forever grateful for her presence and support in the moments leading up to his birth and during the birth itself. Autumn has a truly unique ability to create a calming and nurturing energy, and it made such a difference for my birth. She supported me and my husband every step of the way, and advocated for our needs in a way that was embraced by the rest of the team. I remember watching her interact with the many different professionals in the room and being so impressed by how she was able to match her approach to each different person’s manner and needs; but she still maintained the heart of what MY family needed. In the weeks and months after the birth of my son, Autumn has continued to be an invaluable support in our lives. She has shared in all my joys, my worries, my proudest moments, and my most difficult moments. She is one of those few people who really listens with her whole self--I never feel judged; instead, I feel like I have an expert who will brainstorm WITH me, and offer advice at just the right moments. Autumn has so much knowledge about the many different transitions in motherhood and in child development; she is able to discuss different ideas, as well as show me, and help me find what makes sense for me and my child. After a visit from Autumn, I always feel validated, hopeful and empowered. I know that Autumn will be there with me for the many transitions in my child’s life. She has become a member of our family, and we are so grateful to have someone we can trust."

Autumn is not just a deeply educated childhood ED professional; but really an intuitive genius that has the knowledge to field your BIG questions, your concerns, and the compassion, empathy and experience of motherhood to navigate the uncertainties of new parents; and to offer support that's personal, informed and ultimately results in a deeper understanding of your child and relationship to parenthood as a whole.
